Personal History

To whom it may concern:

My name is Braedon Trent I'm 15 years old and live in Pembroke Mass. I have been riding dirt bikes since I was a little boy but about two years ago I really started to get heavy into riding dirt bikes in 2020. I had wanted to race for awhile so I asked my dad if we could do a local race. At that time I had a Honda CRF110 and it wasn't meant for racing so my dad sold it and we bought a 2008 Suzuki RM 85. We had to do quite a bit of work to it but I was so happy that I was going to be able to go race it.

July 19th 2020 was my first race and I was hooked. I started racing and had some good results as the fall race season went on I was getting faster and faster. My dad was doing everything he could do to keep my bike running and safe to ride and race. September 27th 2020 I was having the best weekend of racing ever. I raced the 85cc class 12-15 and the supermini class. My first race of the day was the 85cc 12-15 class and I came in second place. I was so happy my mom and dad both cheering me on as well as my uncle. I lined up for the supermini class and wow I was moving what a feeling I was having. I placed fourth that moto and only had two more moto's to go. The second supermini class came and I took fourth again. I was pumped. My parents and uncle were so happy for me. My second and last moto of the day was the 85cc 12-15 class and let me tell you I got the hole shot off the starting gate and knew I was going to have a good race, Well as I was running in second now I ended up have a bad crash and broke my Tib/Fib and my season was over.

I was so upset. I knew that if this didn't happen to me I would have had a great weekend and who knows from there where I would be. Well it took over 8 month's to get cleared to ride again. I was back on the bike and I was happy but then I aggravated my leg from a minor crash and set myself back for about another two month's. I was so upset. I did end up doing some local races in 2021 but I wasn't able to do all that I wanted to because of my leg set back.

2022 is the year I am hoping to come back full swing.

Riding Goals

To stay healthy and do the best I can to better my results for 2022 and represent all my sponsors in the best way I can on and off the track.
This year I plan to ride the nesc motocross circuit spring and fall series and Racer x Maine event. I plan to train as much as possible and try and focus more on staying healthy and getting better each race in hopes of qualifying for the biggest race of the year Lorretta Lynn's amateur motor cross in Tennessee. I have moved from a 2021 Yamaha YZ 125 to a 2022 Honda CRF250R as I have outgrown my other bike.
I'm looking for some help to get to all the races this year so any donation would be a huge help with my program for 2022. Sponsorship donations of any kind are all greatly appreciated

Expectations:  To do what is expected of me on and off the track and apply those principles taught to me to represent my all my sponsors at all times during the season

Competitive Highlights

Pulled the hole shot at my very first race.
