Personal History
motocross has a long history with the McNamee family and friends.I was lucky enough to grow up next door and ride with patrick waster, ama district 7 champion/ loretta lynn qualifier and pro card receiver. My mother ended up diagnosed with M.S. while i was still at a young age and my father could no longer fund my motocross hobby, which was sometimes tough but i made the best of what i could with motocross, but still having the priority and ultimate concern for my mother. It help me to be motivated to succeed in life to help my family and fund my own hobbies. Im currently a union electrician in DC. (IBEW LOCAL26)
i currently train with Brad gelwicks, a team green rider/ aa gncc participant. I try to ride and train atleast 2 times a week, race either motocross or enduro/ gncc/ hare scramble atleast once a month
I'm fortunate enough to have Buck, Brads father as a motorcycle tech, saving me money on parts and labor as well!!! The gelwick family couldn't be any more of a blessing
I ride because it a passion, a release, a love and a devotion.
finally my plans for 2017 season:
I am mainly geared towards gnu/ hare scramble/ enduro races for this season
goal is to race as many races in the AMSOIL GNCC SERIES starting with
im a die-hard kawasaki fan, dream of owning a ktm (lol)
Bottom Line.... Any "sponsor" or discount agreement would be extremely helpful and used to it's fullest!!
Riding Goals
2016 was my first year in gncc/hare scramble/ enduro style racing... raced a few to see where i stand...
(sportsmen b) my training partners and myself was surprised at my performance and i was able to pinpoint critical areas needing improvements,
that being said, i hope to have at least one podium finish in my class for 2017 gncc season
same being said for disctric 7 motocross!
