Rider Updates

On Mondays after i come home from school i will go out on a bike ride.
Tuesday i will go swimming after school.
Wednesday i do weights.
Thursday i will go swimming again.
Friday i will go on a bike ride and drink plenty of water to make sure im in shape for the weekend.
Saturday i will do a traning programe with Mark Thomas and Mark Jones, covering all a motocross rider needs to be a pro on the track, and off the track.
Sunday i am normally racing or on the bike at a practise track
