Personal History
I started racing cross country when I was seven years old. I raced my first motocross race when I was eight, because my mom and dad wanted me back on my bike as soon as possible after I broke my nose and got my face burned pretty bad in a crash. I raced at Highlands near Houston and was instantly hooked on motocross. After that, I raced every race I could find, mostly in the Dallas area. I raced at PONCA when I was ten, and have raced at Lorettas for the past 3 years in a row. 2012 was my first full year on my 85, so I feel really blessed to have made it to Loretta's this year. I didnt do as well as I would have liked to though. I crashed pretty good the first day and hurt my back. But I rode all my motos as hard as I could and didnt quit. I had my best lap times on Sat. I have 4 cross country championships, and am in the points to win another Championship in the 85 Expert class for 2012. I love cross country and motocross racing, but MX is my favorite. I work reall hard to stay on the honor roll at my school so that I can keep racing. My parents are really strict about that.
I live near Beaumont,Tx, in a little town called Kountze, with my mom and dad and dogs. I play 8th grade football at my school. My sister Megan, my biggest fan, lives in the Dallas area and is at all my races. She does photography at the races, and for Insider MX at all of the nationals.
I race beacuse I love it. My mom and dad tell me all the time that when it stops being fun I can stop. Never going to happen!
