Personal History

My name is Beau Lindau and I am 22 years old.  I am currently living in Perth in Western Australia.  I have not been professionally racing for the past 10 years but this year I was given a one year deal and the chance to make a come back into the Motocross scene.  Now that this year is nearly over, I am going to need all the help that I can get to continue making my comeback and to work my way back up to the top and reach my previous form when I won 5 Australian Titles in a row.

Riding Goals

My goal is to win the Victorian or Western Australian State Open MX Championships within the next two years and then work my way into the Australian MX Championship.  Although I am more than happy to be based wherever my main source of sponsorship lies and compete at a professional level.  Ultimately when my form is right I hope to make it into the American Motocross scene.

Competitive Highlights

Aged:

5 years:  Western Australia State titles 2nd place under 7's 50cc

7 years:  Australian titles (NSW) 10th place 7-9 years 60cc

8 years:  Australian Titles (WA) 1st place 7-9 years 60cc

9 years:  Australian Titles (SA) 1st place 60cc and 1st place 80cc

10 years:  Australian Titles (QLD) 1st place 60cc, 1st place 80cc and 2nd place 52cc

This was the year that I signed on with Honda Racing Australia and was the youngest ever rider to sign on with them.

11 years: Australian Titles (VIC) 1st place 80cc, 1st place 60cc. Australian Titles (QLD) 2nd place 80cc - runner up to Ryan Marmont who is the current Australian MX Champion for 2006 and 2007.

22 years:  3rd Summercross at Coastal Motocross club in WA, 5th at my second state title in Western Australia and this was only after spending just over 12 hours back on a bike after 10 years of not riding a bike.

I know I have not been riding for a long time but the talent is still there and I have begun to show that this year so imagine how much your support and sponsorship could bring me along!
