Personal History
I have grown up riding dirt bikes since i was 5 years old on a peewee 50 with training wheels. Growing up riding and camping almost ever single weekend was our church. TVTMA. treasure valley trail machine association, was our club my family was associated with and our big family. my father and I continued riding as I grew older until he passed away when I was 17. I then took a break from riding for about 8 years until this past year, 2020.
In 2020 I met a group of friends that was my wife's, best friend's, father, and began riding my old 05 ktm 300 exc again. Mid year three of us in the group purchased 2020 ktm 300 xc tpi's from a local shop. Since then we started to do the races we could during the COVID-19 Pandemic. During this time i placed 2nd in unlimited B in Preston idaho (my first race), 3rd in the Bar to Bar hare scramble, and 3rd in the OMC MVMX hare scramble finale. I also finished 2nd for points in total for the regional hare scrambles.
Riding Goals
Next year I am wanting to compete for the #1 plate of the Sidra series for unlimited B class. Get better at cornering on tracks and trails and wanted to put in a ride or two a week this coming year.
