Personal History
I was born in Allentown, PA in 25 May 1983. My father got me into riding in 1988 on a 1979 Suzuki RM 80. After my first fall I was hooked. I lived in the north east for 27 years riding the shale mountains and coal dust valleys that make up the eastern PA riding scene. In 2011 I joined the Army and have since branched out in my riding areas while serving active duty. I have rode from Washington state tracks and trail to Florida sand and swamp. Even rode in the sand and sage brush in Afghanistan on a borrowed bike thanks to some foreign special forces allies. There has not been a moment in my life where I haven't been involved in some aspect of this sport I love. And since the birth of my children, I look forward to sharing my passion with them, in the hopes that they will proceed in the endeavor of learning with fervour and zeal.
Riding Goals
I focus on learning and perfecting techniques from riding to fitness workouts. I aim to be the best physically, mentally, and spiritually that I am capable of each day I get out of bed or throw my leg over my bike.
My long term motocross goals are to earn a degree in sports medicine and then a doctorate in physical therapy, in order to train and prevent injury in riders. If necessary I would have the skill and ability to rehabilitate their injuries using medical knowledge and MX experience to retrain and condition the injury.
I compete in races so that I can challenge myself and track my advancement in skill. Most of my races are local, but my long term goal is to qualify and race a Lorretta Lynn's championship and try a hare and hound or GNCC race in coastal georgia Florida area.
Competitive Highlights
I raced only one series this year from January to February of 2016 locally. The Saturday Saddleback series ran between NFMX in Hilliard, FL and Alma MX park in Alma, GA. Since I am new to MX racing I ran vet beginner class and went 1,1,2,2 over the 4 race series taking 1st over all.
