Personal History
My name is Austin Hanley and I am 24 years old. I work full time as a Journyman hvac installer. I ride a 2015 Crf450 and I have a 2014 Crf250 as well. I spend all my free time going to the gym, mountain biking, and keeping my bikes maintained. I have been riding for several years and this is the first year that I have raced competitively. After I entered my first hare scramble I was hooked. I try to find a race to go to every weekend or at least get some practice in at a local place.
Riding Goals
I raced in two series this year, starting in Open C, however ended up moving up to Open B. I have been practicing as much as possible and I plan to push myself to a top 5 points finish for the 2017 series.
Competitive Highlights
I have won several local GP races this year however the best I have ever done in a state race is 2nd and that was at IXCR Rd. 9.
