Personal History
I am new to the sport of motocross but have dreamt of racing all my life. my parents bought me my kx85 this past Christmas so I've only been riding a few months. I entered my first race a PAMX event at Doublin Gap April 1st and was surprised to get a second and fifth place finish for a fourth overall. My second race just last week, an MDRA 7 event brought a deeper field of 25 riders from Maryland, Virginia and Pa. I was able to repeat a second and fifth place for another 4th overall. I'm in seventh grade in the Big Spring School District in Newville Pa. my favorite rider is Chad Reed because he seems to be so smooth when he rides. I also enjoy playing football and teaching my 5 year old brother how to ride his 50 cc 4 wheeler. Since writing this my entire season has been a surprise, I am points leader for the MDRA7 series with two more races to go. I'm looking forward to moving up to the B class next season racing against some really fast kids. I may not get as many wins as my first season but I know it will make me a better rider
Riding Goals
being new to the sport my main goal is to race as much as possible against the strong talent in the area to gain as much experience as I can. I would also like to get at least one first place finish before the end of the season. next season I would like to focus on a series to compete for points and possibly qualify for the Loretta Lynn's I also want to focus on developing my technical skills particularly in the turns
Competitive Highlights
my highlights are the fact that I've been able to perform as I have in my first two races considering I've only been riding for a few months. More recent highlights have been being the MDRA series points leader after only just a few months of racing. 3 more races to go in the season!
mdra7 points champion for 85
