Personal History
Hi Im Austen Scroggins,Im 16 in 10th grade at Santa Rosa High School (Independant study) and live In Murrieta.I started racing in 2003 on a KX65 and went to 85's for 2 years Ive been on a 250 and now on Honda, 2008 CRF250 and 2009 450.Im currently riding 3 days aweek training in the gym 2 days and racing on the weeked.I believe in work hard in both motocross and school were im keeping a 3.3 gpa.
Riding Goals
During this season 2008,I wasnt able to travel to any of the nationals,my Father is a Police Officer and was hurt at work and hasnt finished his medical treatments.The 2009 season we are planing to go to Oakhill, World Minis in Vegas, Ponca and Lorretta Lynns if we qualify.Im current riding 250 and 450 intermediate,open and schoolboy. I have started to train with Mike Sleeter KTM pro rider, and plan to contuie to work hard in both motocross and school.
Competitive Highlights
The one, I always think about, was my first Elsinore Grand Prix, I rode my KX65 and won the begginer class.I had a blast riding as fast as I could for 40 mins.I have other times battling with riders winning a few and finishing behind them.I fell learning something new everytime I race is making me a better rider.
