Hi, My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves I’m an amateur motocross racer with aspiration of someday becoming the next Ricky Carmichael. Here is a little bit about myself and history of my amateur career so far. I started riding my first motorcycle at age two and a half; started racing at five. Since starting to race I’ve moved up through the raking from 50’s to now riding 125 and 250’s. Things really started to click in September 2018 when I first got on 250F at the age of 15. With the bike and the feel of the four stroke with my riding style, it just all came together. In October of 2018 I won my first big race at the FLY National at Hangtown (two Titles); after that I won two titles at AZ Open which really made me believe in myself. As 2019 came I raced Supercross Futures 3 rounds (see results below) from there I went on to the Spring Nationals in Texas; Oakhill GNC and JS7 National at Freestone winning a total of 6 AMA Championship titles and then raced the Cal Classic a month later at Pala Raceway winning 11 of 12 motos and winning 6 AMA Championship Title plates. My goal for the year was to win Loretta’s, but in May I broke my arm racing Hangtown Amateur day. I’m back riding and have set goals for the remainder of this year due to the COVID 19 racing has been limited. I just moved up to A class and plan on racing 250A and 450A at the CA Classic and AZ Open this year to earn my Pro Points in supercross and Outdoor Motocross then return to the Spring Nationals and Loretta’s to win some titles with your help. Below you will find a list of my results over the last couple of seasons. Considering all this I’m a fulltime student in my senior year and maintaining a GPA that keeps me on the Honor roll.

Just finished up the 2012 TransWorld Fall Series won the series championship in the 65cc open class and 65cc age group. It was a great way to finish off the 2012 race season. Thanks to all my sponsors you really make racing happen for me
