Personal History
Starting with the basics, my names Andy, im 21 from doncaster in the uk. I first got interested in motocross at the age of about 13/14, just saw it n thaught..thats cool! haha. My first job happned to be working at a local motocross track as a marshall and from that my love for the sport grew and i could never get enough of it. (actually enjoyed going to work!). I didnt manage to get my first bike untill the age of 18 where i was still working at the track and learning to ride there on my days off.
Since leaving the track and getting a full time job i have continued to ride for fun over the last couple of years, al the time trying to improve with the goal of competeing when i felt ready. December of last year dealt a blow to my plans for racing this year as just before christmas my 2008 crf 250, my pride and joy was stolen :(. But haveing got my head around it and deciding i deffinatly need another bike as my life would not be the same without motocross in it i made the decision to buy another, so now my new ride for the fourseeable future is a 2012 ktm sxf250 and im absolutly loveing it! i cant wait to get out on it every chance i get and am greatly looking forward to this year being my first year of racing.
Riding Goals
my goals for this year are to stay healthy and continue to increase my speed and fitness on the bike. Also to get my first few races under my belt and see where it goes from there.
Also going to be doing some riding/training in belgum around the time of the mxon this year.
