Personal History
I am 21 years old and I live in southern Illinois. I have been racing for 7 years now and I am feeling great and loving the sport more and more. I'm going to college to be a teacher and I work part time. Other than that you can find me out on the track. I currently have 2 sponsors but 1 will be expiring in January and I am always looking for new sponsors. I feel that I'm very good at promoting for my sponsors. I'm a team player and I want your sponsorship to help you as much as it will help me.
Riding Goals
Since the outdoor season is pretty much over I plan on catching as many arena cross races as I can to stay in shape for the next years outdoor season. As far as goals though I've had the same one since my very first race. To obtain my professional motocross license. When I was 15 I went behind my Moms back and got a tattoo of my racing number on my right arm. Needless to say she wasn't happy but I am still very determined to get my pro license and I feel that I am closer now than I have ever been before. So my main goal is to work towards that. Besides that though my other goals include helping my current and future sponsors promote their businesses' and helping my little brother get ready for his first race ever next outdoor season.
Competitive Highlights
When I first started racing I was in a tough 80 class. In fact I know 6 of the people in my class have now moved up and received their professional license. I beat half of them on a consistent basis. This was before my accident though. After my accident I had a five year gap where I barely even rode. I feel like I love and respect the sport that much more since I've had that break. Since I've been back I have strived to get as much practice as I possibly can. I've pushed to be the best that I can be because I have too. Most of the riders in my class have been riding their whole life consistently, whereas I am having to work that much harder to get back to where I was when I left the sport. My highlights for this year was my 1st place wins and the Motocross Track champion award for the 125 B/C division. I also placed 2nd in distract 18 points in the TT-125C division. I'm looking forward to the winter season so I can continue to grow in this sport.
