Personal History
My name is Andre' Mock, I am 14 years of age and currently ride supermini 12-15 and 14-16. I attend a private school (Zion Academy) which is home based private school in Washington State. I am an A/B student in the 8th grade.
I now ride Suzuki and ride just about every day at a local track or on my corner track at my house. I live in Louisana. I train everyday at home on my Spinner bike, AB Lounge & our Conecpt 2 rowing machine.
Riding Goals
In 2009 I plan to race most if not all of the Amateure National Races. My biggest goal is qualifying for Ponca & Loretta Lynns. At the Nationals I would like to be in the top 15 at all of them including Ponca & Loretta's, the World Minis, Lake Whitney & Oak Hill.
I plan on racing the Florida Winter Ams and would like to take a few wins down there. My goal is to be a true contender this year.
Competitive Highlights
This past year I qualified for Ponca & made it to the Loretta Lynn regional for the Southwest region at Glenn Helen. I crashed hard in the second moto of the day totaling my bike ending my LL chances this year. I broke my leg shortly after getting home ending my chances at Ponca and taking me off the bike for 4 months.
We made the trip to the Dodge Amateure Nationals in Sacremento, Ca & I made all 3 of my mains with my best finish being 14th in the mud in one of my motos. I finished 30, 30 & 31st over all in the mains after going down a few times and just not being up to the speed of some of the west coast riders.
At most of my local races I can and usually am in the top 3 spots depending on where we go.
