Personal History
My name is Amanda Richardson. I started riding and racing woods when I was about seven years old. Growing up I have been an active full time member in the Florida Trail Riders Hare Scramble Series. I raced peewee class, 65, 85, junior and now the women’s class. I’m currently riding a 2008 KTM 144SX however I’m in the process of purchasing a 2014 KTM 150 SX. My current standing is 2nd overall in the Florida Trail Riders Hare Scramble Series in Women A. I’m planning on riding the majority of the GNCC rounds for the 2015 season in the Women Amateur class, excluding Round 2 in Georgia. I’m number 31A in Florida Trail Riders Hare Scramble Series and number 313 in the GNCC series. My family and I are heavily involved in the Florida Trail Riders series. I’m currently the Vice President of the organization. My father and stepmother are currently the head of and manage our Florida Trail Riders safety team. We attend all of the Florida Trail Riders hare scrambles, traveling all of over the state in an RV hauling a 24 foot long trailer. Racing has always been a huge part of my life and I’m looking to expand my horizons.
