Well, my first race of the season was surly one to remember! I lined up on the starting gate for moto one while it was raining sideways! The wind gust were over 40mph and it was absolutely pouring to the point water was running off the track like a river! I have never ridden in those conditions before, let alone in a race situation. My main goal was to keep it on 2 wheels and just make it around the track and THAT I DID! I ran out of tear offs in the 2nd lap and had to race blindly for the remainder of the moto. It was a huge mental and physical experience and I'm genuinely proud of myself for getting it done. I placed 6th out of 12 girls in the first moto! When the 2nd moto came around, the sun had finally out and the track began to dry up some. I placed 5th out of 11 girls in the 2nd moto with an over all of 5th for the day! Had a blast at South Fork MX! Can't wait for the next race at Doublin Gap MX in PA!

Pit Bike Racing!

I competed in the first pit bike race of the series at Morgan's Corner Proving Grounds in Elizabeth City, NC this past weekend and had an absolute blast! I placed 2nd in the women's class! Something about small bikes with no power on a mini supercross track is just so much fun! Morgan's corner will be hosting these races on the last Saturday of each month until October! Looking forward to racing more of them!

What An Experience!

I had the absolute time of my life at RedBull Day In The Dirt Down South in FL! Next on my list is training and preparing for my first race of the series on April 1st at SouthFork MX in VA! YEWWW!

REDBULL DAY IN THE DIRT DOWN SOUTH!

I am beyond excited to be making this 12 hour trip from VA to FL with some of the best people in the world to take on our first day in the dirt down south! I'll be racing in the women's class as well as the switcharoo class with my boyfriend! LET'S GET ROWDY!
