Personal History
Hello, my name is Alysse Mullarkey, and I am a highly driven individual with a profound passion for all things dirt bikes! I'm 27 years old, and I currently ride a 2021 YZ250f. Inspired by my boyfriend, a seasoned motocross competitor, I began my riding journey with a strong focus on improvement and progression. In 2023, I completed my rookie racing season, competing in the Women's C and 250C categories of the East Coast MAMA series, which spans across VA, PA, WV, MD, and NC. Building on the experience and knowledge gained during the 2024 season which consisted of motocross and woods racing, I am committed to driving my performance forward in 2025. As the owner and operator of Mullarkey Motosports, a specialized dirt bike repair shop, I provide expert services, including motor rebuilds, suspension maintenance, and other major or minor repair tasks. Riding Goals
Recognizing the immense physical and mental demands of this sport, I am embracing the challenge and pushing myself to improve and learn at an accelerated pace. Rather than expecting to win every race, I am focused on delivering a stellar performance and enjoying the process. This season, my aim is to expand my riding expertise by exploring various disciplines, ultimately becoming a more versatile rider. To achieve this, I will be competing in the VCHSS, TXSC, TOR Racing, and U.S. Sprint Enduro series, which features a range of events, including Grand Prix, Sprint Enduro, and Hare Scrambles. I am excited to further develop my skills and gain valuable experiences.
Competitive Highlights
I am thrilled to have finished fifth overall out of 31 girls in my debut racing season. Throughout this journey, I was fortunate enough to avoid major injuries and had the pleasure of forming lasting connections with fellow competitors. The year 2023 stands out as a memorable season, 2024 was marked by significant growth, and I am now looking forward to the exciting opportunities that 2025 will offer. With a strong sense of determination, I am prepared to tackle the challenges ahead.
