Personal History

I am 23 years old, and have lived in western NY my whole life. I am pretty close with my family and love spending time with them. Growing up we always rode different toys, quads, three wheelers, go karts, mini bikes. But, I never had a real dirtbike untill I was 21. My parents had convinced me that racing and riding bikes was really only for rich people. Which I've learned is not the case at all.

I went to BOCES and Alfred State College for auto body and worked for several years in shops, both doing body work and painting. However after breaking my wrist I was put out of work. I decided I had to make a choice between my long time career goal and my new found passion. Racing. So I made the switch and am currently working in the parts department at a local motorsports dealership.

While my history in the sport is not extremely extensive I am very dedicated to becoming better. I ride every day I possibly can until dark. And I couldn't imagine a better way to spend my time. Riding motivates me to become my best self, to workout, to eat healthy, and to work hard enough to afford all the gear and race fees every weekend.

Riding Goals

I want to ride at Lorettas. I know this is a massive goal for someone about to start their second race season but it pushes me to practice every moment I can.

Short term I want to place in the womens class for the series. I look up to the other women who ride locally and strive to become faster and a better rider just like them.

My idol is Vikki Golden. I love watching FMX and always have. So in addition to placing in my local mx outdoor series I want to explore other forms of riding. More harescrambles, indoor, and working on my woods riding to develop more skills I can bring back to the track.

Competitive Highlights

Unfortunatley my season in 2020 was cut short due to a scaphoid bone and radius break 8/1/20. I continued to stay involved in the sport by flagging and continuing to train off bike.

I competed in the Western New York Hare Scramble Series where I placed third overall. I started the series two weeks after being cleared to ride again and two days after the last race was informed by my orthopedic doctor that my wrist breaks had not healed, and unfortunatley was advised to stay off the bike during the off season so that I can fully compete in the spring.

I am looking forward to competing again and cant wait to see what this season brings me.
