Personal History

I have been riding / racing motocross for 15 years. I currently work for San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department as a deputy sheriff. Motocross has been my passion for many years. I have had the great opportunity to race at the professional level. Unfortunately in 2000 I suffered a severe knee injury that required me to stop riding motocross for 5 years. In the last year I have started racing the Fire/Police national series as an expert / "A" level rider. I have also raced a couple of district 37 big six grand prix and done well.

I am the proud father to a 5 year old son who is just getting interested in motorcycles. I would like nothing more than my son to enjoy riding a motorcycle as much as I did. My goal of this resume to help offset the cost of racing as well as educate my son and other riders .

Riding Goals

My goals for this year are to compete in all Fire/Police nationals for 2008. I finished 3rd overall at the end of the series for 07. I also plan to attend all district 37 big six grand prix for 2008.I would also like to attend a few American desert racing series races

Competitive Highlights

In 2000 I had reached the ranks of the pro class. I was able to secure sponsorship from Husqvarna in 2000. In that time I was able to qualify for the main event at the Anaheim, San Diego, Bank One Ball park stadiums while racing the US OFF ROAD 4Stroke series. Pushing your bike through a stadium tunnel to 30,000 screaming people is something I will never forget as long as I live. What a rush! In 2001 I finished 2nd place to Ty Davis at a big 6 grand prix at Glen Helen in San Bernardino, a. I have had many more memorable events throughout my motocross career many that I will never forget.
