That membership to Golds is paying off. We have been working a lot on leg and back strength through motocross specific exercises. They are doing wonders for my endurance. Running and mountain biking have also helped a lot. In a two hour hare scramble the cardio workouts I get from mountain biking have been life savers. Everyone should train like that...or not. I like being prepared.
