Personal History
Alan Consalvo 24 years old. I love to ride my dirt bike. I work as a residential electrician in Doylestown, Pa. Currently live with my brother (2 yrs younger) and parents in Southampton, Pennsylvania. My brother and I try to ride our dirt bikes as much as we can. We are part of HMDR (high mountain dirt riders) Its a riding club based out of Tamaqua, Pa. I have been riding off and on since i was 5 years old. I got into mountain biking for a few years and focused more on that. But in the past 3-4 years have gotten back into riding dirt bikes. I ride mostly single track in pa but like a mix of different riding. As long as im on my bike i am happy. I started racing mid season in 2013 in the C class, Had good results won my first few races. I continued racing in 2014 in the C class and continued to win so i bumped up to B class. I was competitive in a few B races but had some mechanical issues and could not finish better than 5th place. I then crashed and fractured my femur and tibia on my left leg at Blue comet hair scramble in fall of 2014. I was out for rest of season but was back to it early 2015. I rode a enduro in New Jersey this early spring and finished 3rd in the C class. I continued to ride all year until had another accident where i was run over volunteering and tore my Acl in the same left knee. I was out again for several months. I recovered again and am back riding. Have not raced since that last enduro besides a few small unofficial hairscrambles which i did well at.
Riding Goals
My riding goals are to keep on riding as much as i can. I plan to continue to progress my riding and racing skills. I want to compete in the 2016 ecea racing series racing both hair scrambles and enduros that are reasonably close to my location. I hope to win or at least podium in the B class.
