Personal History
My name is Aden Johnston. I grew up in a small town in Upper Michigan called Iron Mountain. I grew up riding dirt bikes my whole life. I started out riding on a YZ85 and fell in love with it as a kid. I then moved up to a CR125 and from there as a got older I went to the YZ250F. My father raced when he was younger and that’s what pulled me towards the sports. I started racing C and B class at local races for 3 years. It was hard to stay in races with costs of travel and fixing the bike and gear. Once I graduated high school I joint the United States Marine Corps and I am currently stationed in Jacksonville, NC. I ride every chance I possibly get and I love it more each time I get behind the bars. I recently just bought my current bike being a 2018 YAMAHA YZ250F. Money is still a struggle so I have not got back into racing yet.
Riding Goals
My goals are to get back into racing motocross again and be able to continue that. I want to be able get better gear and parts for my bike that will enhance my riding abilities and making me faster. I work everyday to get faster on the track and I strive to be faster every year.
Competitive Highlights
I do not have to many highlights but was able to get a couple podiums in the C and B class at local races in Michigan.
