Personal History

My name's Adam Edey, I'm 17,  I live in Canada Ottawa Ontario, attend St.Marks Catholic high school, currently in grade 12 and plan on going to Carleton University to study mechanical engineering. My brother, who's older, got me into the sport a couple years ago and have loved it ever since I sat on a bike. I play high school basketball and also competitive basketball out of school. I cycle whenever it isn't raining to keep fit and have a gym membership at GoodLife Fitness

Riding Goals

I've been riding for two years now. I started off just recreationally riding my first year on and off the track, then i took it competitively this year. I started off in beginner racing the CMRC series at Sand Del lee with my first races in mx3 and mx2 finishing 3rd an 4th for my overalls. I kept this consecutive throughout this year, balancing work to pay for my bike and parts, motocross riding at the track to build my skills, and some training also.

I plan on moving up to junior, racing mx2 and mx3 at my local track and also racing in Montreal in the same categories. Also at the start of the next riding season I am going to MTF (millsaps training facility) for a one week camp so I can strengthen my skills, technique and endurance for the up coming racing season, which will give me an edge on other riders, also I can use these fundamentals they teach me throughout that season and up coming seasons too.

Competitive Highlights

Racing mx2 and mx3 my very first time every and placing 3-3 and 4-3, which was an awesome feeling but i feel like i can still do much better.

Consecutively placing top 5 throughout the whole season
