Personal History
I am 17 years old and I love to race motocross. Aside from the fact that i enjoy riding so much, I also am very competitive. I'm also very in-tuned to working out. I like to take part in CrossFit style work outs along with a large amount of cardio. I am an honors student in high school and get great grades. I believe in the concept of hard work will beat talent when talent doesn't work hard. I try to apply that to every aspect of my life not only racing.
Riding Goals
For 2014 I plan on racing 250 Novice for the first half of the year at the state level. My goal is to go to Loretta Lynn's in 2014. After I get back from Loretta's, I plan on moving up to the Intermediate or "B" level. I will race a large amount of CMC races in Arizona for 2014 along with a fair amount of the Transworld Muscle Milk Series in California. Like I mentioned earlier. I will race in the Novice or "C" class up until Loretta Lynn's and than move up. I plan on 2014 being a successful year and carrying that into 2015.
Competitive Highlights
A big Highlight for my racing career so far would have to be at the Oklahoma Grand Nationals in 2012 when I raced for a near podium finish in the 150 open class. In the first moto I got a really good start and worked my way up to 3rd place during the 8 lap race. The second moto did not fair too well. I got a bad start and had to work my way through the pack. I got up to 5th place and on the last lap I put on a hard charge to pass for 4th place. It came down to the last corner but I did not make the pass. If I could have though, my overall finish would have been 3rd but since I couldn't I finished with a 5th overall.
