Personal History
Hi- My name is Abigail Wilmoth. I ride in the 50 cc 4-6 class. I am 6 years old. I started riding when I was 4. After only about 2 months my mom took the training wheels off and I've been going ever since. My first race was about 2 weeks after we took the training wheels off. I got 5th out of 6- so not to bad for a newby. I love riding and I can jump some doubles. My whole family rides. Riders in our family are: my stepdad Jeff, my brothers Kody and Tony, my sisters Cheyenne and Amy, and me. My little sister Emily will start this year. As you can see this is a family team. We all work hard to improve our skills and the older kids help the younger kids with the skills of riding and jumping.
I attended FCA MX Camp this year and learned a lot from the pros. I can't wait to go next year. We have 2 tracks at my house. We have a flat turn track and a arenacross style jump track in the back. With our own tracks I will keep practicing. There's nothing like taking the checkered.
Riding Goals
I just got my KTM Pro senior so I am going to practice and learn how to use that bike for all it has to offer. I am only 6 but I try really hard. I want to win. I have done well on my KTM mini adventure but I am sure that I will accomplish more now that I have a faster bike.
Competitive Highlights
I am currently 2nd in series points at Podium 1. People watch me. They congratulate me. I am small, and a girl, but I will ride my heart out and do my best.
