Personal History
My name is Abby Rose and I am 8 years old. I started racing 8 months ago and it's all I can think about. My sister and I have our own race team. We are Team Sketchy Racing. When I'm not in school my mom and dad have me at the track practicing and learning. This is what I want to do forever!
Riding Goals
I want to make a difference in the motocross world. I want to show other riders that you can face your fears and come out on top. I want other girl riders to not be afraid to get out there. I want them to see me succeed and I want them to always know they can do it too.
Competitive Highlights
After my very first race in January I broke my left arm on the monkey bars. My mom and dad let me keep racing. Even with a cast I progressed. My skills improved and my confidence grew boldy. I currently broke my right arm but I'm still making it work. My cast will be off by the next race on June 11th, 2017 and I can't wait to show everyone that this cast didn't hold me back! My favorite thing about riding is clearing jumps. Being in the air makes me feel free.
