Personal History
As you know, My name is Abbigail Jump. I am 15 years old, living in Denver, Colorado with my grandparents and some of my family. Life was never perfect for me. I'm an only child, living without a mom and a dad in and out of my life. But I do have my dad to thank for getting me into motocross. I’m not your average kid when it comes to dirt bikes, usually you see kids who have been on a bike sense the day they could walk. But that’s not my story. I got into the whole sport of motocross and dirt bikes during the summer of 2013. When my dad took me to my very first race at Thunder Valley MX Park in Lakewood, Co. Ever since then I’ve followed supercross and outdoor nationals. 2015 was my first year at the nationals here in Colorado. But I had been following Supercross sense 2014. And for the years after going to my first race, I was non stop doing research on different bikes, prices, and the safest gear to wear when riding or racing, everything from starting a bike to jumping one. It is now July of 2016, and I have finally ridden on my first bike, a little 50cc pit bike. I still have a lot to learn but, I'm getting there!
Riding Goals
So from day one, I've had a determination to race and become as good as the pro's, specifically Ryan Dungey. I've looked up to him ever sense I learned about supercross and outdoor nationals. I'm hoping to start out my first year of racing in 2018 or 2019. I want my first bike to be a Honda cr85 2012, and hopefully moving up as I become more experienced, a Honda cr125 2014 and so on.
