Personal History
I am 23 years old and just graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. I earned a bachelor degree in Biology. I also earned my associate degree in Laboratory Science Technology from National Technical Institute for the Deaf. While away from home I was unable to pursue my passion for motocross and I was only able to ride during the summer. Besides riding, I love to snowboard, snowmobile, swim, fish, hunt, work out, and caring for animals. I am an all-around girl!
I grew up at the race track with my brother racing; he is three years older than me and started racing at the age of four. I started riding at age of four as well. Racing came very natural to me; I won my first national in 1998 at the Ice National championship in the 50cc class. After this win, I rode for fun in the women’s and trail class. In 2006, I got my ’04 Suzuki RM250 and I started riding more and realized I wanted to pursue my life-long dream of racing at the AMA Motocross Nationals at Loretta Lynn in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee. This has been our families annual family vacation since 1992 as my brother began racing 50’s there and graduated to the 450 A class in 2005. I would like to continue the family tradition of racing at Loretta’s and I made it to the Regionals but did not make it to the Nationals so I would like to try again for Loretta Lynn’s 2014 with my new bike.
Riding Goals
I want to make it to Loretta Lynn's 2014 and achieve top 15.
My future plans for MX are to maintain consistency in my racing and would like to achieve top 10 in the Women Motocross Nationals.
