Personal History

Growing up I always rode dirt bikes but my parents could never afford racing, so I only got to ride around the back yard. My brother and I actually had a little loop set up we would ride over and over. As we got older my dad started taking us to some races when he could afford it. For about 3 years my parents couldn't afford to get me a bike bike so I was sidelined watching my brother race. i was so passionate for the sport I spent so much time watching videos on YouTube about racing, if I wasn't able to race then I wanted to be there every weekend watching. When I turned 16 my parents got me my first truck and shortly after I traded that for a four wheeler which I than traded off for a bike, which was part of my plan the whole Time. Soon as I got the bike I started racing, I got a job at a farm so I could afford to ride as much as possible. I never actually raced a full series I always just raced here and there and bounced back and forth between moto and hare scramble racing. Coming into 2018 I wanted to take it serious and put together a whole season in one series. The plan was to race AWRCS with my brother we went to the first round and I actually did pretty good in the xc2b class finishing in the top ten on a 20+ line. In between the AWRCS rounds we hit a local race from a new and upcoming series called EROC. I placed 3rd in the xc2b class and had a lot of fun so we decided to finish the year racing the EROC series as the AWRCS series was a lot further to get too. For the rest of the year I had good races never finishing out side the top 5, and was able to bring home a 3rd place overall finish in the xc2b class for the year. Following that up I raced an indoor arena cross series at switchback mx. I raced college boy and 250b having really good finishes in both classes every race. Having good consistent races brought me home 2nd place over all in both classes I signed up in. The first year I ever buckled down and raced every round of whatever series it was I brought home year end rewards in all classes I signed up in. Coming into the next year I moved into the A class. I was only able to make two rounds of the EROC series I did average for being my first year in the A class. Anyway I didn't make the rest of the series as My now fiancé and I were learning all about life and the process of being on our own. Being with that we missed the following race season as well due too buying a house and becoming a father too my daughter Brynlee Kai Mann. I may not have been racing, but I did stay fresh on the bike riding all the time at local practice tracks. Coming into 2021 we decided it was time to buckle down and go for our dreams of becoming a professional GNCC champion. We jumped right back into the A class and went for it. We had a good year making a switch on brands moving to KTM, we brought home a few race wins at the smaller local races. At the EROC series we had a really good rookie A class year racing without a lot of fast guys. Just for example most guys racing the A class at EROC race the pro class at the smaller locals where I still race in the A class. We still had a good year finishing inside the top ten most races and fell just short of a top 5 in a few rounds. At the end of the year we finished in 8th overall which I was happy with being my first full year in A and coming off of not racing for 2 years. We also made our first appearance at GNCC and raced the sportsman A class. We rode really well despite having to pull off and fix a flat on lap one. Which reminds me we battled a total of 8 flats through the course of this season. Coming into 2022 Im coming for an A class championship in EROC, Im also going to race 5 GNCC races as well as make my first appearance at a National Enduro race. We are going to race the open A class at both events and the goal is too make the top ten as much as possible. We are looking forward to meeting some awesome people and build some connections to make a run for a professional GNCC title.
