Personal History

I've been riding for 20 years. I got my first bike when I was 5, and I have been hooked ever since. I started riding and racing competitively in 2004, at the age of 14. I'm a very driven and competitive rider, I always push myself to be better. Racing has been a big part of my life. Riding almost always comes number one for me. Any opportunity I get to ride, I'm out there pushing myself and learning. I love progressing. Since I started racing I’ve always been a top rider in my class, and 11 years later, I continue to be a top rider in a still progressing sport. Jumping has always been one of my favourite parts of riding. I’ve recently started hitting ramps and pursuing freestyle. With hard work and persistence I believe I can help evolve the sport of womens freestyle.

I appreciate motocross and riding not only for what it has allowed me to achieve, but also for the relationships that I have built along the way.

I enjoy keeping up with social media. I like the fact that a picture or video can connect you to people all over the world. It’s nice to meet people with the same interests, that have the same appreciation for the sport as you. I recently took a trip to Texas, 1200+ miles from home, and had people come up to me that knew who I was. It’s nice to have recognition for something I just merely love to do. When I’m not riding, you can almost always find me at the track, taking pictures, videos, or just hanging out. Being involved in social media, like youtube, instagram, and facebook, I have had several requests to start a vlog, and to share weekly updates on and off the track. 2015 would be the perfect year as I make my way into freestyle and continue racing. Doing updates and riding videos will keep family, friends, fans and sponsors up to date on where I'm at and what I'm doing, as well as gain exposure for myself and my sponsors.

Riding Goals

This year I plan to continue to push my limits, to become a better rider overall. I enjoy branching out and trying anything that involves riding my bike, whether it be freestyle, motocross, or trail riding to help me improve. I plan to continue racing locally, Loretta Lynn’s qualifiers, a few Canadian Women’s Pro Nationals, Walton Transcan, and the MMRS Pro National. Between races I plan on improving at freestyle, trying to get into some FMX shows, and practicing at tracks as much as I can.
