Personal History

My name is Cayden and I am 8 years old. I started riding during fall 2012 when I was 5. I rode my dads friends CRF50 around the yard a few time in first gear. The following season we borrowed the bike so I could race as much as possible. I am a little short for my age so not being able to touch the ground was hard for me to adapt to. By the end of the season I was feeling comfortable and no longer falling all the time. My dad being a single father had to finance a bike for me for the 2014 season. He purchased a Cobra 50SR and while I probably should have been put on a JR he could not afford to buy two bikes. The two week turn around for the bike turned into a 3 month wait due to lost parts at Cobra. By the time I was able to ride again half the summer was gone. After only 1hr of ride time I was hitting powerband in the field. Unable to reach the ground at all even with 1 leg I had to stop next to my dad to help me off. Within 2 weeks of owning my new bike, my dad broke his ankle and was unable to take me racing for the rest of the season so I only rode local tracks belonging to friends. This season I began practicing and have double in speed easily but it helps I grew a lot. I'm looking forward to racing 4-8 non points before moving into 50SR class.

Riding Goals

My current riding goal is to have as much fun as possible and learn all that I can. I want to be faster than my friends so I push hard to achieve that goal. My best friend races 50SR and always has strong finishes so he pushes me to improve. I'm also training hard this year so I can make an attempt at racing Loretta Lynn's. My dream is to race supercross one day.

Competitive Highlights

I have won a few 2nd and third place trophies my first year racing wobbler.
