As of 2010 I have owned and operated my own track in Missoula, MT where I train 4 days a week. My training schedule consists of a light workout at lifestyle fitness in the morning starting with 30 minutes on the stationary bike and then light lifts to follow. Later in the day I head out to the track to do 4 twenty minute moto’s followed by practicing corners on my figure eight track. Having my own track has not only helped me become more fit, but a better rider in general.
To keep my training up this winter I recently just to a trip to southern California. I spent my time in the Murrieta area and rode all the local tracks consisting of Milestone, Lake Elsinore, Perris, Cahuilla Creek, Pala, and Star West. My time in California was well spent and I learned a lot, but at the same time my funds are not exactly great enough to make an extended stay. I wish to return back to California as soon as possible.
Riding Goals
My goals and ambitions for the 2013 season are to ride the P.R.O series, Extreme Motorsports Spring, fall and Supercross series, and to qualify not only for area qualifiers in Loretta’s but also regional’s. I would also like to go back to California for as many winter months as possible to keep training and improving my riding.
