She was hit by 2 other bike and checked out by the paramedics. She asked if she could finnish her race and was allow to crose the finish line earning her last place points. She said she was sore but ok. She didnt want to go to the hospital but in a short time it was decided she would need to go. She ended up having a concussion. Over the next week she was not quite herself and was watched closly. Her school work was reduced by her Dr. By the end of the week she seem to be doing fine. She wanted to race the last race weekend and needed to finish to stay in the top 10 in both womans and 85C. Finishing top 10 was her year end goal so this was inportant to her. NEMA gives 1 drop race per season. and she had not used her drops so she would have dropped points from her worst so she was allowed to race 1 class per day of the 2 days and she took it easy in each ot the races. This way she dropped zeros for points and maintained ser standings.
