Rider Updates

will be heading to Breezewood Proving grounds (weather permitting)   RECAP: A nice day for riding, made a couple of new friends/fans. :) while unloading my quad a father, two sons, and a mother parked beside me. the father and oldest son had bikes where as the youngest son (maybe 6 yrs old)  had a small off brand quad. The youngest son was really interested in my quad and i heard him telling his dad that he ones "one of those when he gets older" After saying hi to him and admiring his machine with the same entusiasm as he had admiring mine, i geared up and got ready to go out on the track. As i started my quad, i saw him running to the bleachers so he could watch. on my first lap i noticed him against the fence and each lap paid recognition to him either by a head nod, or to point at him while in the air. when i got off of the track, he was waiting at my trailer to give me a fist bump and to show me that he had the same yellow high visibility fox dirt paw gloves as i was wearing. the young man's dad was having trouble getting the boys quad to work so i offered to help. after the quad started, i walked over to the kids track to watch the boy. He wasnt at the same level as many of the kids on the track and he didnt have the equipment that some did, but i can assure you, that as i watched him ride and he acknowleged me as he was on the track (as i did to him) that young man felt like just as much of a PRO as Josh Hetrick or Chad Weinen. We continued that throughout the day (fist bumping, and rooting for each other) Neither of us had ever met before, and to be honest, we had nothing in common  (me being 52 and him being 6) except that we both rode quads (we didnt even exchange names) it was simply two people enjoying a common enjoyment for a sport. Although we didnt exchange names, i feel certain that if i that boy ever sees me at a track again, he will remember that day at Breez
