Rider Updates
As summer wears down to a close, it's important to think ahead to what this winter will bring. It's difficult to ride in the winter (at least in the Mid-West), so I'll be keeping myself busy with weight and strength training.I've a few extra pounds to shed this winter (left over from the bulking phase of my regime), and that should make next season all the easier.
