How to File an eb-2 NZ Visa Many people who have received a Black Belt in Traditional Martial Arts such as Kendo, Jujutsu, and Aikido have asked the question, "How come Eb-2 NZ is not allowing my degree to be uploaded into their system?" Many schools offering B.S.C. in New Zealand don't meet the requirements of the United States Federal Government to be eligible for an eb-2 niw diploma. These schools are required to meet certain criteria to be considered niw a valid training facility for teaching these types of arts in order to be approved by the Department of Education for a Determinate Teaching Certificate. The reason Eb-2 NZ is not allowing an eb-2 niw degree into their system is due to the fact that they only offer an eb-2 program, which is only one level of training above what is required for a full degree. Many people who receive an eb-2 nuw are disappointed that they can't advance to black belts and others are upset that they didn't get the advanced degree they wanted. An excellent alternative to obtaining an eb-2 niw is to utilize the Black Belt perm labor certification process instead. Many teachers in the United States are hired based on their experience and performance in the various courses they have taken. Teachers are not hired based on their academic knowledge. They are hired for their ability to teach others. If an instructor possesses an exceptional ability, or a black belt, then they will be more likely to be hired over someone with a less than average skill set. Instructors who want to earn the eb-2 NZ certification must demonstrate to interviewers that they meet these four requirements. The first requirement is that an instructor should have passed all of the necessary examinations required for the certificate.
