Rider Updates
I've been down with an injury for a while now but I'm back up to training and really looking forward to racing in a few weeks. I have a lot of goals for 2009 that I want to accomplish regionally. I just got back on my bike a few weeks ago for the first time and i feel great. I've just been working on my endurance and doing sprints. I'll update my race results here soon
