Rider Updates

My return to MX season, the 2009 season, is going great !! I've been riding with a great group of truely dedicated, passionate ad skilled racers. Not to mention, within our group is the most skilled and gifted mechanics I have had the pleasure of knowing. Our bikes are kept in tip top shape, which any racer can appreciate.Our group has been really stressing fitness. We engage in many physical activities, with motocross being our inspiration. As a personal trainer, I've molded a moto-specific workout/lifestyle that incorporates mountain biking, resistance training, jogging and circuit training, as well as diet and diet supplimentation.I intend to compete in the Amateur class, running 250 and 450 aboard my Suzukis, for the 2010 season. I will be running the Ultimate series, as well as a few independent races within District 6 and surrounding districts.This winter, we will be riding in Southern States, to include, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas and Maryland, in an attempt to extend our season. Thanks for reading.
